This class with a theoretical and practical approach, is based on the teachings of Ida Rolf  and several other experts that have been studying the fascia  in the last 50 years. We practice a rich repertoire of strokes that can be used in manual therapy.

We will address:

• Fascial Anatomy and Physiology.
• An evaluation of the myofascial structure.
• How to manipulate and liberate the myofascial tissue.

An introduction to the Rolf's Method of Structural Integration is also part of this course.
