All courses are subject to a non-refundable application fee (see Class Fees for details). A deposit of 10% of the class fee will reserve your place in class. To register for our Anatomy, Physiology and Bodywork course or our Theory and Embodiment of Structural Integration class, please submit items 1 through 7 below along with your 10% tuition deposit.

If you have already completed your auditing phase with another school and wish to join our Practical Application of Structural Integration course, please arrange for your school to forward your enrollment items to us. Please ensure that we receive the complete list of items below, along with your 10% class fee deposit, as we can only reserve your place on receipt of the full documentation.

All application materials must be submitted at least one month prior to the class starting date and all tuition fees must be paid in full three weeks prior to each class. Early registration is recommended to ensure your place as class size is limited. Please submit items 1, 3 and 4 as typewritten documents if at all possible.

1. Letter of Application: This letter should communicate to the ISSI who you are. Please describe the events that have had most impact on your life. Include a description of how SI/Rolfing® sessions have affected your body, your health and your life. Discuss the reasons for your desire to be trained in the work of SI. Please include a history of your SI sessions and practitioner(s) name(s).
   
   
2. Application Fee: US $50 (Non-refundable).
   
   
3. Resume: Summarize your educational and employment history. Also include massage/bodywork training and experience, other training and workshops you have attended, hobbies and other activities you enjoy. Provide your address, telephone number(s), email address, date and place of birth, and your present height and weight.
   
   
4. Letters of Recommendation: Please request letters of recommendation from your SI practitioner(s) and include them in your application. Alternatively, you may have them sent directly to the ISSI office. If you have difficulty obtaining these letters, please notify the ISSI staff.
   
   
5. Photograph: Please send a passport size portrait photograph for our files.
   
   
6. Transcripts: Please provide transcripts of your coursework in human anatomy and physiology, as well as other classes related to SI training. If courses have been audited or taken for no credit, please request a letter of participation from the school.
   
   
7. Massage Diploma/Certificate/Transcript: Please send these materials.

		Enrollment agreement.
		Class announcements.
		Housing list (where applicable).
		The ISSI's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
		Required Reading List (Anatomy, Physiology and Bodywork course).
